Since ComplexCon’s inception, I’ve collaborated with Complex to shape some of the event’s most memorable and immersive shopping experiences, blending hype culture with narrative-driven design and real-time product engagement.

Over multiple years, I led creative direction and production for the ComplexCon Gift Shop, developing everything from spatial concepts to point of sale layouts and physical fabrication. Our goal was to evolve the gift shop beyond merch and into a cultural touchpoint, a curated retail destination that anchored the event experience.

For Frenzy, Complex’s geo-targeted drop app, I created a buzzworthy "Now Serving" concept inspired by old-school delis. Products were displayed inside deli counters and meat lockers, while limited-edition drops were announced live throughout the day, pulling attendees back into the space for each new release. The activation blended analog nostalgia with digital urgency, generating constant foot traffic and social buzz.

In 2024, I partnered with Doodles to bring their whimsical world to life at ComplexCon. As Creative Director and Production Lead, I translated the brand’s playful identity into an IRL space that launched their high-profile collaboration with Crocs. The booth featured immersive storytelling, collectible product displays, and standout visual moments that secured its spot as one of the most talked about experiences on the floor.

Across all projects, my role spanned creative concepting, environmental design, fabrication management, and on-site execution, delivering culturally resonant spaces that merged commerce, creativity, and community..
